How SRX handles a quote request
This page explains the public cleaning quote form and the contact links on this site. It does not cover job applications, employee or client portals, billing, or other SRX records.
What you send
A quote request includes your name, company, email address, facility city and type, desired cleaning frequency, and the details you enter about the work. You can also provide a phone number, approximate square footage, a service of interest, desired start timing, and facility photos.
How SRX uses it
SRX stores the request so an authorized owner can review it, contact you about the cleaning work, and decide whether a facility walkthrough is the next step. The site also creates an internal notice for SRX staff with a short summary of the request. To limit repeated submissions, it uses an IP-based daily request counter.
Facility photos
Photos attached to a quote request are stored privately and do not have public image links. Authorized SRX users can review them with the request. If SRX later creates a client property from your request, authorized client users with photo access for that property may also see the photos.
